**Customer Service Representative**

**Location:** Twin Falls, ID, ID, US **Reports To:** Cheese Customer Service Supervisor **Location:** Twin Falls, Idaho **Responsibilities****:**Prepare various sales department reports and other order scheduling responsibilities. * Organize all customer orders and ensure they are in the system

* Consistently meet and exceed customer expectations, both external and internal

* Manage daily cheese pricing and accuracy of invoices pertaining to relevant accounts

* Manage customers expectations through coordinating with logistics, warehouse, and the production team on shipment schedules, changes, and/or delays

* Anticipate customer needs; focus on the pro-active rather than the re-active

* Grow and strengthen customer relationships through excellent customer service

* Support in the communication to customers with other Glanbia business units

* Requires an Associates Degree, a minimum of three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

* Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill

* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

* Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.

* Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

* Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.

* Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, and works with the fingers.

* Involves sedentary physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative nature.

* Should be able to ability to identify and distinguish colors and clearly see at 20 inches or less.
