Manager Patient Transport- Twin Falls at St. Luke's Health System in Twin Falls, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview St. Luke's Health System in Twin Falls is seeking a Manager Patient Transport to join our Patient Transport team. The Manager Patient Transport manages all patient transport operations within a site. Manages dispatch team covering multiple sites. Partners with stakeholders across the region to achieve organizational priorities and key metrics. Responsibilities + Provides direct oversight and leadership to staff. Provides training, guidance, and counseling. Selects, develops, coaches, mentors, and assesses performance of staff. Addresses performance issues when standards are not met. + Establishes plans, manages projects, ensures execution of operational directives and ensures adequate staffing levels. + Creates, maintains, and manages patient transport policies, procedures and guidelines. + Responsible for quality improvement, cost control and production efficiency. + Knowledgeable of and ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies, including but not limited to Federal, State, JCAHO, OSHA, and CDC. + Proactively identifies problems and possible solutions, takes appropriate action to resolve issues in a timely manner. Able to solve complex problems or issues independently. Seeks guidance as appropriate. + Responsible for fiscal management, performance improvement activities, and compliance with all relevant policies/procedure. + Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
