The Amalgamated Sugar Company is seeking a Modified Duty & Safety Clerk in Twin Falls, ID. This position provides administrative and technical assistance to the District Safety Manager.

Additional Responsibilities:

Maintain all location safety files in line with Company policies and government regulations.

Maintain all paperwork submitted for modified duty, safety programs. This will include, but not limited to, accident reports, doctors releases, and changes to employees safety file.

Maintain all employee training and licensing documents.

Direct inquiries from safety information to the appropriate person overseeing that particular area.

Answer incoming phone calls as they pertain to safety and general related questions.

Communicates orally and in writing. Read and understand oral and written policies, safety and environmental requirements, and other company policies.

Maintains OSHA 300 log.

Participate in weekend Safety calls as a resource to the factory.

Participate in department meetings and special projects.

Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent.

2 years experience in safety and manufacturing environment.

Microsoft experience Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
