Fulfillment Specialist

Classification: Non-Exempt

Reports to: Fulfillment Manager

Job Summary:

The Fulfillment Specialist is of great significance to Plant Therapy. This role ensures that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Essential Functions:

• Pick, pack and ship orders with high level of accuracy and efficiency to meet deadlines
• Conduct quality control for all items prior to fulfillment
• Receive shipments, manage inventory and communicate any updates or changes to Merchandising team
• Provide customer support for order changes, status updates, late delivery or undeliverable packages
• Report supply shortages to Operations Manager
• Prepare and clean warehouse areas for following day shipments
• Other duties are assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task and detail oriented
• Eager work ethic appropriate for a fast-paced, growing company
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to Lift up to 30-40 lbs. consistently and stock over head
• Ability to Climb Stairs carrying boxes up to 30-40 lbs
• Ability to bend, kneel and squat frequently
