THE POSITION

The Janitor assists in the day to day cleaning of assigned areas of RISE's buildings, including special projects. The Janitor also supports other departments as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Thoroughly clean and sanitize common areas of the facility, including the following areas:

* Restrooms

* Breakrooms

* Kitchen Area

* Windows (inside and outside)

* Tables & Chairs

* Phones

* Common Areas

* Offices

* Ensure facility is closed and locked properly when leaving facility

* Request supplies when necessary

Qualifications

* Minimum of 18 years old

* High School Diploma/GED

* Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written communications

* Demonstrated ability to work independently and interdependently
