The Quality Manager oversees the facility's quality program, ensuring compliance with industry standards and product excellence. This role requires strong expertise in CNC inspection and materials, particularly for aerospace applications, and involves collaborating with production teams to uphold quality standards.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inspect CNC-produced parts, including those made from titanium and other complex materials
• Supervise and train a team of five quality inspectors
• Manage quality systems, including ISO 9001, AS9100, and CMM integration
• Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements and reduce rework
• Address customer quality concerns and provide technical support

• Expertise in CNC inspection and measuring tools
• Knowledge of CMM (preferred, with willingness to learn)
• Strong understanding of metallurgy, including titanium and other specialty metals

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quality management or manufacturing
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
• Background in manufacturing processes and quality system compliance
