Responsibilities

•Basic landscaping and snow removal with company provided equipment
•Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations
•Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment
•Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines
•Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction
•React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts

Qualifications

•Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
•Experience with facilities management software is preferred
•You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
•This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
