Role: Customer Service Representative
Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm
Starting Wage: $14.50 & $15.00/bilingual

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional support to customers via phone.
• Explain loyalty program benefits, point balances, and redemption options.
• Enroll customers in programs, transfer cards, and update account details.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain updated records.
• Manage communication tasks like call transfers, callbacks, and accidental disconnects.
• Stay informed about program updates through training and self-learning.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals.
• Report communication equipment issues and suggest improvements.

• Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask and handle challenging interactions professionally.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
