As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing control systems that power our industry-leading dairy equipment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams-including product development, field service, and manufacturing-to create smart, efficient, and scalable automation systems that meet the evolving needs of modern dairy operations.

• Design and program PLC/HMI systems for new and existing equipment.

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve control systems in the field and in development environments.

• Drive innovation in automation and contribute to R&D efforts for next-generation solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of experience in industrial controls or automation engineering (dairy, food processing, or agricultural automation experience is a strong plus)

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
