Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly service by acknowledging, assisting, and appreciating our customers.
• Promote our Corporate Brands and inform customers about special offers.
• Establish trust and respect among your team while creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Assist with preparing produce platters and informing customers about our fresh produce specials.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of our product offerings and make recommendations based on customer needs.
• Prepare, package, label, and manage inventory of fresh merchandise efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks on products and take appropriate action on any discrepancies.
• Ensure proper temperatures are maintained in all display cases and coolers.
• Comply with safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions or accidents.
• Help resolve conflicts in a calm and cooperative manner.
• Assist customers of all ages and abilities with care and respect.

Qualifications Were Looking For:

• Ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic math knowledge (counting, addition, subtraction).
• A current food handler's permit (to be obtained once hired).

Preferred Experience:

• Previous retail experience in a similar role.
• Ability to speak, read, and write a second language.
