The primary function of this position is assist operators and facilitate production, clean around production line and common areas, remove trash and debris to appropriate areas, observing all safety regulations and ensuring all GMP and quality standards are met to maintain the efficient flow of product through the production process. Job Description. Review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled. Report to assigned processing area and ensure all safety equipment is functioning properly and put on all required PPE and prepare for operations. Set up packaging lines with clean totes, barrels, tubs and lined trash cans as needed. Clean, maintain and sanitize production and common areas of production area, remove trash and debris as needed. Sweep, squeegee, shovel, dustpan and place items in proper receptacles. Manually fill glue pots and fill case blank magazines as appropriate.
