Loan Officer Assistant Job Duties

Premier Mortgage Resources (PMR) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Officer Assistant to join our team! Whether you're new to the mortgage industry or an experienced processor looking for the next step, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in lending.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contact leads to help bring in business
• Help assist in answering phones and meeting with clients as needed
• Data entry using MS Outlook, Excel, and Word; specialty software -BYTE and/or other mortgage origination software
• Documentation follow up and tracking (contacting borrowers, title companies, real estate offices, appraisers, lenders, etc.)
• Prepare loan application packages
• Maintain marketing database
• Prepare marketing materials by working with Corporate Marketing to ensure compliance
• Maintain databases
• Event preparation, planning and attendance
• Submit Fasttrac files
• Additional duties may be assigned & required depending on the flow of your Team
