About the Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial VP of Product to define and drive Luro Healths product strategy. This role is both visionary and executional: you will own the roadmap, translate healthcare complexity into intuitive digital experiences, and lead a cross-functional product team to deliver solutions that serve patients, providers, and partners. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, knows how to balance patient experience with business outcomes, and has successfully scaled products in healthcare or technology settings.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

The VP of Product sets and executes the product vision, building a roadmap aligned with Luro Healths mission, clinical model, and growth strategy. They oversee the entire product lifecyclefrom discovery and design through launch and iterationwhile ensuring seamless patient and provider experiences. They collaborate across engineering, design, clinical, and operations teams to deliver high-quality releases, establish feedback loops for continuous improvement, and leverage data to guide decisions. They keep Luro ahead of telehealth, obesity management, and AI trends, making thoughtful build-vs-buy choices and aligning innovations with payer adoption and partner needs.

What Were Looking For
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ in senior leadership
  • Proven track record scaling digital health, telehealth, or health tech products
  • Strong ability to balance patient experience, clinical efficacy, and business goals
  • Expertise in rapid product deployment, feedback-driven iteration, and stakeholder management
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and execution skills
  • Fast learner with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, state licensure, payer requirements)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation: Competitive salary ($140,000 - 165,000) + equity, commensurate with experience
