Responsibilities

• Leverage Salesforce Public Sector foundation (Formerly Vlocity) configurationand/or customization to build and deliver Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
• Design, document and review detailed functional specifications, system specifications, and program specific actions to be performed by the software to meet requirements
• Strong foundation in the underlying Salesforce Public Sector data model and keeping with a Salesforce Public Sector First approach in mind.
• Participates in multiple programming activities and projects adhering to the current SDLC process and common agile practices.
• Perform Analysis, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and documentation.
• Create workflows of varying complexity leveraging the Salesforce Public Sector (Vlocity) data model platform.
• APEX development (Classes and Triggers), development of VisualForce pages and Lightning Web components.
• Create integrations using Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the State, including legacy systems.
• Code review custom developed code and make necessary technical adjustments and recommendations.
• Produce estimates of time and resources required to perform various tasks as part of a team. Reviews estimates for accuracy and completeness composed by other team members.
• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators on release cycles to deploy new functionality and updates to existing applications, objects, and code.
• Align with Salesforce recommended best practices.
• Must be comfortable taking appropriate steps to protect PHI/PII/PCI.

Skills and Technologies:

• 5-8 years of experience with Omniscripts, Omnistudio, Development of VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, Flex Cards, IDX, Dataraptor, Integration Procedures, Salesforce API includingREST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, MuleSoftor ETL tools.
• Good hands-on experience with APEX, SOQL, Creating Workflows, SDLC, Agile SCRUM.
• Expertise in setting up environments for Salesforce public sector solutions. PSS (Omnistudio)
• Preferred experience: Copado.
• Preferred certifications:Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
