Regular Full Time Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly Supervisor: E&T Manager or Regional Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Review client applications for emergency services to determine eligibility.
* Establish and maintain new client files.
* Refer eligible clients to appropriate CC Idaho programs or departments.
* Refer non-eligible clients to appropriate community agencies and perform follow-up inquiries on referrals.
* Ability to input/process data and maintain records, files, reports, databases, and schedules.
* Prepare, maintain, and update client ledger of expenses, including weekly report.
* Process bills, payment requests, and related financial docs
* Maintain expense ledger to ensure budget compliance.
* Prepare, receive, and route incoming/outgoing correspondence, mail, and letters.
* Provide receptionist support.
* Order supplies and materials
* Perform receptionist duties for other departments in the absence of the assigned receptionist.
* Translate for non-English speaking clients.
* Translate records, reports, letters, and related documents.
* Knowledge of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and composition
* Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices and procedures
* Manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and pay close attention to detail.
* Maintain standards of confidentiality of CC Idaho clients and records
* Perform all work duties and activities in accordance with CC Idaho policies, procedures, and safety practices.

* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to read, speak, and write in both English/Spanish in a business setting.
* Ability to operate standard office equipment and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance
* Must pass a background check.
Preferred
* Three to six months clerical experience
Required Physical Demands
* Is frequently required to stand; walk; climb or balance, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; reach with hands and arms.
* Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment
May be exposed to electrical shock and fumes or airborne particles; the work may be stressful; the noise level is usually moderate.
