Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to serve as the District Lead Teacher for 4th grade. This role is essential in providing leadership, support, and guidance to all 4th-grade teachers across the district. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of effective instructional strategies and best practices to ensure that all students receive a high-quality education. The District 4th-grade Lead Teacher will collaborate with district administrators and teachers to create a supportive learning environment that fosters student success.

Responsibilities
- Provide instructional leadership and support to 4th-grade teachers throughout the district.
- Collaborate with district administrators to develop and implement programs and services.
- Facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions for staff to enhance instructional strategies and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in district-wide committees and initiatives to advocate for the needs of students.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education.
- Valid teaching certification in Elementary Education.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the elementary level.
- Proven leadership experience in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders, including educators and administrators.
