PAY RANGE


The Target Pay Range for this position is $167,500.00$204,600.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $129,800.00$242,200.00 annually.

Impact Youll Make


As the Staff Solutions Architect, you will drive the transformation of BECUs digital member experience by leading the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions.


What Youll Do



  • Lead CMS modernization initiative, including RFP, vendor selection, and roadmap execution.

  • Design and implement technology solutions that enhance member experience across digital platforms.

  • Own Automated Pre Screen project, integrating Experian platform and collaborating with data teams.

  • Establish domain?specific architecture standards, processes, and constraints.

  • Work closely with business, product, design, data, architecture, and engineering teams.

  • Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Oversee simultaneous solution development efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with standards.

  • Support digital rationalization and future marketing initiatives such as personalization using Adobe Target and CDP.

  • Lead discussions on business capability landscape and collaborate with production support to address architectural challenges.

Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelors degree in computer science, information security, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience designing and implementing technology architectures, including managing delivery of multiple simultaneous complex solutions.

  • Experience in cloud native technology including microservice architecture, RESTful APIs, scalable designs, digital platforms.

  • Deep understanding of modern technology service architecture hosting, security, and risk management.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft infrastructure and solution stacks.

  • Experience working within Lean/Agile/Scrum methodologies; SAFe experience required.

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Certification in Lean, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL principles.

  • Working knowledge of architectural frameworks such as Open Group, NIST, ISO, BizBok, or Gartner.
