Your Day at Lowe's
As a Customer Service Associate, your responsibilities will include welcoming customers to Lowe's, assisting them in finding the right products, and addressing their home improvement needs. You will engage with customers throughout the day, helping them locate and select items, loading merchandise as needed, and ensuring all their needs are fulfilled.

Your daily tasks may vary by department, and you will primarily work in areas such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Hardware, and more, based on hiring needs and your skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide assistance, and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate merchandise and manage inventory.
• Restock shelves and maintain well-organized displays.
• Accurately process orders and deliveries to ensure timely service.
• Cross-train in various store departments to maximize customer service.
• Prepare merchandise based on customer preferences (e.g., mix paint, cut wood).
• Guide customers through their shopping experience and checkout process.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer for data entry and information management.
• 6 months of familiarity with retail technology, including smartphones and tablets.
• Basic literacy and arithmetic skills.
• Able to perform physical tasks, including prolonged standing and lifting.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted, and more with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Relevant certification related to your department (e.g., plumbing, electrical).
