This role is critical in taking our automation solutions to the next level, supporting our commitment to excellence, reliability, and performance.

As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing control systems that power our industry-leading dairy equipment. Youll work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding product development, field service, and manufacturingto create smart, efficient, and scalable automation systems that meet the evolving needs of modern dairy operations.

What Youll Do:

Design and program PLC/HMI systems for new and existing equipment.

Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve control systems in the field and in development environments.

Drive innovation in automation and contribute to R&D efforts for next-generation solutions.

Uphold our reputation for excellence by delivering high-quality, dependable control systems.

What Were Looking For:

A self-starter with a strong foundation in controls and automation.

Experience with PLCs, HMI design, and industrial networks.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience in industrial controls or automation engineering (dairy, food processing, or agricultural automation experience is a strong plus)
