About the Role

The Company is on the lookout for an inspiring Executive Director to champion its mission of celebrating and enriching the cultural and economic contributions of immigrants and refugees. We are searching for a visionary leader with a strong track record in nonprofit or mission-driven environments, particularly in program design, communications, and resource development.

In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with guiding the organization's programs, forging impactful partnerships, and ensuring effective operations. You will represent the organization within the community, demonstrating exceptional skills in cross-cultural communication and relationship-building.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading initiatives that foster connection and understanding within the community.
• Acting as a visible and trusted ambassador for the organization.
• Building and sustaining a robust membership base.
• Managing the organization's resources with diligence and transparency.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting people and building partnerships, along with strategic thinking abilities. Experience in fundraising and grant writing is essential. You should be an excellent public speaker, storyteller, and writer, with the ability to navigate challenging conversations with grace.

This is a part-time position with the potential to develop into a full-time role. Candidates must be based in the Magic Valley region.
