Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and respond to inbound chats from prospects
• Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads and sell memberships through phone and chat channels
• Understand and fulfill the needs of prospects by providing tailored solutions for personal protection
• Maintain expert knowledge of the product suite and process orders accurately
• Track and document all customer interactions and consistently meet sales and service KPIs

Qualifications

• Established success in sales and customer service, with a strong ability to foster relationships and exceed targets
• Required to pass and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training provided
• Confident, dependable, and motivated by measurable success
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated results in both phone and chat-based sales or service roles
• Solid understanding of Integrity Selling and Asking Formula principles
• Proven competence in utilizing various computer applications and navigating multiple systems
