Job Summary:
As a Graphic Designer at Plant Therapy, you will work across a wide variety of digital and print channels, creating compelling designs that adhere to our brand standards. This role involves producing digital and print assets for Plant Therapy's marketing channels, assisting in product packaging design, and collaborating with team members to bring creative ideas to life. We are also looking for someone who is energized by new creative technologies-particularly Adobe's AI-assisted tools-and excited to explore how AI can improve workflow, ideation, and design output.
What You Will Be Working On:
Essential Functions:
Creative Design:
Develop a wide range of design assets for digital, social media, email, print, and retail channels, ensuring all work aligns with Plant Therapy's brand guidelines and creative standards.
Product Renders & Packaging:
Create product renders and design product packaging as you grow familiar with our brand's packaging requirements.
Design Production:
Manage the design process from concept to production-ready files, preparing assets across various media such as print, web, email, logo, and brand identity.
AI-Assisted Design Exploration:
Leverage Adobe's AI features-including Firefly-powered tools and other AI-assisted workflows-to enhance creativity, speed up exploration, and bring innovative concepts to life. Stay curious about emerging AI capabilities and be comfortable experimenting with new tools as they evolve.
Video Support (Bonus):
Experience with videography or video editing is a strong plus. Candidates with these skills may support the creation of simple product videos, ads, or motion-based assets as needed.
Collaboration:
Partner with cross-functional teams, including in-house photographer and marketing, to develop creative solutions and cohesive campaigns. Work closely with the Creative Director & Head of Brand Strategy.
Project Management:
Maintain organization and prioritize multiple projects, adapting to a fast-paced environment and ensuring deadlines are met.
Communication:
Present and explain design ideas clearly to team members, incorporating feedback effectively.
Additional Tasks:
Support other duties as requested by the manager, adapting to evolving creative needs.
