Internal Staffing Recruiter/Coordinator

Gem State Staffing is accepting applications with resumes for an Internal Staffing Recruiter/Coordinator in our Twin Falls office. This is a full-time internal opportunity Monday-Friday. We are looking for an individual with strong customer service skills, data entry, filing and clerical knowledge with great office know-how. Job Description:

• Assist manager in day-to-day operations.
• Interview, recruit and assist in staffing operations.
• Place applicants on successful assignments.
• Perform daily & weekly payout of employees.
• Perform daily audits.
• Manage industry specific software program.
• Provide information to incoming calls for employees and customers.
• 40 Hours per week with availability to work outside normal business hours.
