Farm Laborer Opportunity

Consultants please conduct a seated interview. Dates of need are 11/1/2025-8/1/2026. This order is for work in Gooding/Wendell, Idaho area. Applicant MUST HAVE 3 months experience as a general farm worker/irrigator/livestock worker and the name and number of the reference who has firsthand knowledge and can verify the workers experience. We are a dairy cattle and row crop farming operation running 100,000 milking cattle and 10,000 plus acres. We have a large need for help tending to livestock in winter and wet months of spring when the work load is large. We have a large amount of equipment to maintain and farming operations that are hand in hand with supporting our cattle operation.

Job duties may include: attach/detach implements; be able to handle working in high humidity; clean work areas; construct facilities; haul and spread materials such as but not limited to fertilizer to condition the soil; load and unload materials and commodities; load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields; maintain grounds and landscaping; operate self propelled machinery; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; set up repair, maintain, and operate specialized equipment; tend to livestock by feeding, medicating, general care, grading, sorting, working, placing identification on, or relocating; tilling soil, transplanting, weeding, thinning, pruning crops; use hand tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, loppers, and knives; use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools; weigh containers and record weights and identifying information; work in extreme temperatures.

Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, combines or other harvesting equipment, dirt moving equipment, GPS guidance systems, irrigation equipment, manure spreading equipment, mowers and other landscaping equipment, self-propelled machinery, semi trucks, skid steers, spreaders, straight frame trucks, tillage equipment, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: cattle, hay, potatoes, silage, wheat. Must speak and understand English.
