Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Pick up mail from local Post Office(s) as needed.
Load, unload, and deliver mail, dispatch, and supplies to and from branches and other bank buildings.
Sort dispatch and mail by employee and branch or buildings for proper delivery.
Maintain records as required for the position.
Regular and dependable attendances is an essential function of your job. Hours may be variable as noted below.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues within a professional manner.
To perform all job duties and maintain compliance with all banking acts, laws, and regulations applicable to your job function.
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities
May assist in mailroom duties including the running postage machine and helping maintain supplies.
May assist in delivering/picking up courier vehicles for repair or cleaning.
Qualifications Required
(Required education may be satisfied by experience and/or working knowledge)
A High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and a clear motor vehicle record history for the past three years.
Must be able to work varied hours generally starting at 7:00 am and, generally finishing around 9:30 am; however, completion time may vary based on daily work assignments, weather, and other unknown road conditions.
Routes are usually a set schedule, but alternate/additional routes may be assigned based on staff coverage needs and volumes.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Must have the use of all faculties including use of hands and feet (for safe driving and handling items applicable to the Dispatch/Courier position).
Must have vision at a level that is required to pass a driver's license test.
The ability to move, lift, and carry forty pounds.
Travel
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Must adhere to requirements of the Acceptable Use Policy for Company Vehicle Use.
The ability to travel in all types of road conditions, while maintaining safe driving.
Travel to/from branches and buildings required.
