The Lead Person provides directions for the sanitation crew within a certain area of the plant. This position is trained in multiple jobs, can assist the training team members, and provide support as requested by the supervisor in that area. Job duties include:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Leadership and decision making skills are required.
6 or more months of experience in sanitation and/or food processing industry.
Ability to take direction and instruction from manager and be accountable for own actions.
Safety awareness and attention to detail.
Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations.
This position would involve you to be in a wet, hot, and or cold environment, while wearing Personal Protective Equipment ("PPE"). Shift may vary depending on location.
