Responsibilities

  • A steady pipeline, not guesswork: Run PLACE's weekly lead-gen systems to create consistent, qualified opportunities.
  • Built-in face time with buyers/sellers: Host two open houses each month to meet motivated clients and grow your database fast.
  • More conversations → more appointments: Turn daily prospecting into booked consultations with clear scripts and follow-up plans.
  • Sharper skills every week: Team-standard script practice so you handle objections confidently and boost conversion rates.
  • Culture + accountability: Join team activities that keep you energized, supported, and on track with your goals.
  • Personal coaching that pays off: Weekly 1:1s, trainings, and Partner Calls to turn activity into predictable production and income.
  • Buyer representation that wins: Consult buyers, secure signed agreements, and quickly identify the right homes.
  • Stronger offers, faster closings: Write and negotiate offers that get accepted-shortening your time from consult to commission.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
