Summary: Keep the manufacturing facility clean and provide support on building batches, dumping heated batches, running line tests, and sweeping dryers. He/she will also operate the barrel washer when needed.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills:

- Must be able to work in hot and cold conditions and climb on and off lift truck throughout shift

- Need reading, writing, math, and computer skills

- Must be able to maintain and Operate the Barrel/parts washer.

- Complete knowledge of sifting, blending, and processing and dryer

- Ability to operate (or learn to operate) lift truck

- Be able to lift 50 pounds throughout shift

- Must be able to handle chemicals safely

- Must be mechanically inclined

- Self-motivated and ability to work with little supervision

- Must be able to move 200-pound barrels regularly

- Must be dependable and trustworthy
