The Online Services Specialist provides coverage in all areas of Online Services. This position is responsible for administering personal and business online banking, personal and business web bill pay, mobile banking, mobile payments, and person-to-person payments, as well as managing system upgrades, enhancements, and support of online banking products and services.

The Online Services Specialist Senior will:

• Complete new user set up in the online banking system, including assigning security access.
• Provide support to branch and customer service center staff related to online banking systems.
• Review daily maintenance reports and update Online Banking system.
• Assist with updating internal policies and procedures.
• Support training for new online banking staff and retail staff as needed.
• Assist and/or coordinate system upgrades with the online banking vendor and complete system testing.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, and
• Two (2) years of experience working in banking, finance, online or digital-related support, or similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree.
• Three (3) years in retail banking, online or digital banking, or similar.

Job Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to/from work.
• Sitting or standing for extended periods of time and requires the ability to work and operate computer applications and equipment.
