Compensation: $80,000-$115,000+ with achievable bonus potential!

Requirements:

  • Must possess a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).

  • Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).

  • Certification as a Safety Care Specialist is required.

  • A reliable means of transportation with a dependable vehicle.

  • Previous ABA experience is essential.

  • Comfort in working with families and providing in-home services is important.

Job Responsibilities:

As a successful BCBA at Key Autism Services, you will conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and prepare progress reports. Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans for lifelong success. Collaborate with exceptional BTs/RBTs to supervise and train them, ensuring treatment plans are effectively implemented. Provide support, guidance, and feedback to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through ABA principles. Additional responsibilities include conducting functional assessments and analysis as clinically warranted, reviewing program effectiveness, making recommendations, and monitoring data and progress.
