Essential Responsibilities

The Receptionist will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the Corporate Office by welcoming and assisting customers, visitors, and vendors and providing appropriate support.
  • Answer phones, direct/route to the appropriate person or department, and takes messages when necessary.
  • Perform clerical and office support duties, including distributing mail, accepting deliveries, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with visitor access procedures.
  • Assist the Marketing team and other bank departments (e.g. Risk) as needed.
  • Complete other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, and
  • Two (2) years of experience in a customer service or office/clerical support role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One (1) year of experience as a receptionist.
Job Requirements
  • Driver's license required to operate personal vehicle.
  • Periodically required to lift and carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
  • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time and the ability to work and operate computer applications and equipment.
  • Able to perform essential responsibilities of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
