Working under the direction of the Manager, Enterprise Document Management, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating and leading technical activities related to the implementation and deployment of vendor or in?house applications that provide enterprise document solutions. The incumbent ensures that business specifications and end?user requirements are met and projects are delivered on time. This role requires technical knowledge and skills to collaborate with solution vendors and to support system, network, storage, database, and development engineering resources in support of project efforts. The incumbent demonstrates strong technical and problem?solving skills and provides effective peer support and coordinates troubleshooting of complex technical or user support issues.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 5?8 years of related work experience required in the implementation, deployment, and support of business?critical solutions.
