Supplier Delivery Manager - Remote

Concentrix is looking for a Supplier Delivery Manager to join their team. The role is responsible for developing an excellent level of product or service knowledge to support carrying customer questions and concerns. The position is remote and open to applicants in the United States.

As a Supplier Delivery Manager, you will identify trends, dependencies, and failures to provide proactive solutions, monitor trending incidents to engage in proactive upgrades, collaborate with account team peers to develop account plans, chair weekly meetings with Incident Managers to identify and implement improvements, build relationships with key customer stakeholders, conduct Service Hub customer training sessions, coordinate Copilot workshops, and deliver expert customer experiences.

Qualifications for the role include a bachelor's degree in a related field, 6-8 years of experience in customer success, technology or solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management, proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, eagerness to learn new technologies, relevant certifications, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365 products, strong project management and organizational skills, and the ability to engage in senior-level discussions on technical topics.
