Serve as the first point of contact for the Corporate Office by welcoming and assisting customers, visitors, and vendors and providing appropriate support.
Answer phones, direct/route to the appropriate person or department, and takes messages when necessary.
Perform clerical and office support duties, including distributing mail, accepting deliveries, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with visitor access procedures.
Assist the Marketing team and other bank departments (e.g. Risk) as needed.
Complete other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, and
Two (2) years of experience in a customer service or office/clerical support role.
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year of experience as a receptionist.
Job Requirements:
Drivers license required to operate personal vehicle.
Periodically required to lift and carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
Sitting or standing for extended periods of time and the ability to work and operate computer applications and equipment.
Able to perform essential responsibilities of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
