In this role, youll be a key contributor to a Finance team and will gain valuable experience supporting our manufacturing plants or project teams in various areas and have exposure to key finance, quality and production functions. Throughout the summer, you will own a key project relating to a relevant business problem and have the opportunity to present your insights and recommendations to leadership. Outside of this, you will partake in several development workshops and build connections with your peers and our business leaders through social & networking events. Expected Outcomes: Ownership of a project to interact with all CO - Es, demonstrating analytical abilities and critical thinking skills while helping to solve real-life business problems. Knowledge and experience with food science, research and development. Strong collaboration within the site leadership teams, cross-functional department teams, and potentially contractors, and vendors.
