What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Supervise Customer Service employees to enhance member and provider satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and coach staff on work procedures and teamwork, while providing ongoing feedback
  • Monitor performance measures and allocate resources to meet volume and performance demands
  • Act as a liaison between staff and management, communicating workflow results and solutions
  • Analyze constituent data to identify trends and improve product and service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Experience with inbound call center operations
  • Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 2 years of experience leading member/customer service teams
  • Experience in a Medicaid and/or Medicare setting
  • Bachelor's Degree
