Maintenance Technician- 1st & 3rd Shift Openings

Maintenance Technician- 1st & 3rd Shift Openings Details:

• Direct hire position
• $72,800.00 to $83,200.00 / annually
• First shift (Monday through Friday from 04:00am to 04:30pm)

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the timely repair and preventative maintenance of plant equipment. Including filling machines, metal detectors, case erectors, packers, sealers, pasteurizers, motors and pumps and conveying equipment. Qualified applicants must possess tangible experience in troubleshooting mechanical / electrical breakdowns in manufacturing production equipment.

Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical system Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements on motors, motor control devices, pumps, conveyor systems, instrumentation, and all production equipment; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and mechanical and electrical testing instruments

Maintenance Technician- 1st & 3rd Shift Openings Qualifications:

1-3 years of related experience required Ability to use hand tools and knowledge of associated safety procedures Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills Mechanical proficiency, problem solving and analytical skills Ability to work with vendors, contractors, and company employees Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to climb ladders preferred
