The Ice Cream Line Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of an assigned ice cream production line, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing. This role provides leadership to line operators, coordinates production activities, and supports compliance with food safety and quality standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:Production Oversight Supervise all stages of production on the assigned line, including mixing, freezing, filling, and packaging. Monitor line performance to meet production schedules and minimize downtime. Ensure proper setup and operation of equipment for novelty and bulk ice cream products. Team Leadership Lead and train line operators to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching as needed.
