What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer 80+ inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers
• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
• Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries during calls
• Maintain performance goals and productivity standards
• Become proficient with processes after completing structured training

What is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1+ year work experience required
• Previous experience in medical billing, customer service, or insurance claims preferred
• Experience in a high-volume call environment with multiple computer windows open is desirable
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous interaction and communication with patients regarding medical information is strongly preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment is a plus
