Department Overview
Position Summary
Serve as a functional expert for the design, development and testing of new technologies for the HR function, to include, recruiting, training, benefits administration and payroll. We'll also count on this individual to help with day to day operations (including technology training) of the employee service center representatives (ESC), managers and other HR staff, providing maintenance, problem-solving and more.
Essential accountabilities:
*Participate in team and inter-team groups (HRIS and IT) to develop our Peoplesoft and UKG systems.
*Develop standard and ad hoc reports for team metrics, processes and audit controls.
*Develop and implement audit controls for the ESC staff in the area of payroll and benefits, identifying data risks and data integrity issues and initiating solutions.
*Participate in system testing for our quarterly releases, maintain various tables within PS, and set up user accounts for UKG.
