Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Professional. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Cary, NC(Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service calls from customers to perform initial diagnosis and take actions to correct problems
- Place outbound calls to internal and external customers as required to obtain immediate resolution and/or completion of tasks, providing additional guidance and education on processes as needed
- Enlist management personnel, support, or repair organizations as necessary to facilitate trouble resolution.
- Provide information to the customer regarding the current status or resolution
