• Experience: 2+ years of experience in tax preparation, corporate accounting, or financial sales.
• Tax Knowledge: Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance.
• Software Proficiency: Skilled in accounting tools like QuickBooks, Sage, and Excel.
• Typing & Tech Skills: Solid 10-key typing ability and overall tech-savviness.
• Analytical Strength: Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Deadline Focused: Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Sales Mindset: Comfortable engaging in sales conversations and marketing efforts.
• Clear Communicator: Able to explain complex financial information in simple, understandable terms.
