Title: Field Implementation Specialist
Location: 700 Commerce Dr | Woodbury, MN 55125
Travel: 50-60% (Continental U.S.)
Work Model: Remote + Woodbury office for equipment staging
Type: Contract-to-Hire (90 days CTH)
Salary: $85,000-$95,000 + Corporate credit card

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Telecom Field Service is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in L3 IT support is essential.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Telecom Circuits is mandatory.
• Prior experience within the industry is a must for this position.
• Bachelor's Degree in any field is mandatory.

• Experience with renewable energy projects.
• Familiarity with Starlink system installations.
• Strong project coordination skills.

• Travel nationally for installation, activation, and teardown of renewable sites.
• Conduct field implementation tasks such as conduit work, equipment setup, and cabling.
• Validate circuit readiness and network connectivity.
• Manage multiple site deployments simultaneously.
• Collaborate with network engineers for escalation and validation support.
