The Principal Executive Recruiter - Commercial / Go-To-Market is responsible for building and executing world-class executive search strategies that secure transformative leaders in sales, marketing, payer relations, and market access. This role drives the full lifecycle of executive recruitment, from proactive market mapping to precision closing strategies, with a strong emphasis on revenue growth and market expansion. Acting as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, the recruiter combines elite sourcing craft, competitor intelligence, and structured assessment coaching to ensure Empower consistently hires executives who expand its commercial reach. Success is measured by the caliber of executives placed, velocity of execution, and the ability to anticipate and address commercial needs through foresight, persuasion, and disciplined execution.
