invites applications for a postdoctoral research associate position that expects to begin 10
March 2026.
Job Description:
We seek an individual with expertise in experimental hadronic physics to join the Nuclear and Hadronic Experimental Group led by Dr. Meike Küßner. The successful candidate will contribute to the GlueX experiment in Hall D at the nearby Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (Jefferson Lab). Applicants should possess experience in experimental hadron physics, which may include experimental data handling and analysis, amplitude analysis, software development, and/or detector related hardware operation and design. The appointed researcher will be expected to assume a leading role in the operation and analysis of data from the GlueX experiment and in the coupled-channel analyses of multi-meson final states.
