The firm is seeking attorneys in practice areas including but not limited to: General Corporate, M&A, Litigation, IP, Banking & Finance, Securities & SEC, Commercial Real Estate, Labor & Employment, Entrepreneurial Business Law, Technology and Outsourcing, Bankruptcy and more.
Compensation is based on the partner's annual originations and billings. The minimum requisite book of business is $250,000.
