Position: Director - Sales - US (New Logos)
Background experience needed for the role
• Preferably 10-12 years of IT services (new business development) Sales experience with
minimum 5 years in the US. Lesser experience can also be considered for candidates with
otherwise strong resumes.
• Experienced in selling to RMD companies that cater to multiple business segments and a track
record of continued success in winning multi-year engagements in the US.
• Experienced working with Partner ecosystem like Microsoft & channel relationship is desirable
• Preferable if the candidate has opened new logos and sold multiple $3-5 M (annual contract
value) transformation deals
• Experience of working in a global/ India based delivery model organization is preferable
Skills Required
• Entrepreneurial with high energy & positive attitude
• Consultative sales capability. Preferable if candidate is experienced in any sales
methodology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with CXO levels in client organization
• Working collaboratively in teams
• Limitless drive to learn, challenge status-quo and a self-starter
Additional background information on the role
• This role will work with service lines and industry vertical teams to develop and execute
Go-To-Market strategies
• The role will work with Demand generation teams and Marketing teams to execute
campaigns, and relevant marketing activities, including representing in Industry
conferences and events
• The role will work with delivery teams that deliver projects/programs sold to clients
