Hire Up is looking for a skilled Inventory Coordinator for our client in San Diego!

Schedule: Early Morning Shift | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations with a focus on returned materials, inventory accuracy, and cross-team communication.
Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process returned or damaged items
  • Determine appropriate disposition of materials (restock, rework, or removal)
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate with external partners regarding returns and credits
  • Assist with stock organization, reconciliation, and general warehouse support
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment and maintain a clean work area
  • Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Prior warehouse, distribution, or inventory experience preferred
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities
