Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer to take ownership of our current Dynamics solution in production and support ongoing enhancements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Voice of the Customer and Case Management, while also collaborating as part of our broader Power Platform team. This role will provide both technical leadership and knowledge transfer, training staff who are developing skills in model-driven app development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our existing Microsoft Dynamics solution in production.
• Support the Voice of the Customer functionality, including the creation of new surveys in partnership with the Data Analytics team.
• Provide case management support for the Constituent Concerns team.
• Collaborate with the Power Platform team on larger cross-functional projects.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide training/mentoring to staff learning model-driven app development.
• Work closely with analysts and project managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Handle direct requests from business users and ensure timely, effective solutions.
• Contribute to the design, configuration, customization, and deployment of Dynamics 365 and related Power Platform applications.

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service / Case Management).
• Demonstrated expertise with Voice of the Customer (survey creation, deployment, and reporting).
• Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Familiarity with system administration, configuration, customization, and security roles within Dynamics.
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to train and mentor junior developers and staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience integrating Dynamics with other Microsoft tools and third-party solutions.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other project tracking tools.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.

• Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Team player who collaborates effectively across departments.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage both structured projects and ad hoc requests.
