Job Description:

Role Purpose

  • The Program Lead, Brand Experiences (Contractor) will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the client's premium brand activations and consumer-facing events.
  • Acting as the bridge between strategic direction and execution, this role ensures consistent delivery across multiple projects while upholding the client's design ethos and experiential excellence.
  • This individual will lead agency partners and internal collaborators to bring emotionally resonant and meticulously executed brand experiences to life during the contract term.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project management, creative alignment, and execution of key brand and product experience initiatives.
  • Lead coordination with agency partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure premium execution and on-time delivery.
  • Support the strategic rollout of the experiential programs - from concept to post-event analysis.
  • Manage production budgets, contracts, and timelines for assigned activations.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Communications, Design, and Product to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  • Oversee event documentation, reporting, and learnings to support continuous improvement.
  • Uphold brand integrity across creative, design, and guest experience touchpoints.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of temporary production vendors or specialists as needed.
  • Ensure all activations align with the sustainability principles and operational excellence.
  • Serve as point of continuity between the Head of Brand Experience and internal stakeholders during major event periods.
  • Maintain detailed project trackers, status reports, and cross-functional communication plans.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize internal workflows and agency relationships for greater efficiency.
Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activations, or premium consumer events.
  • Proven track record managing multiple, large-scale events simultaneously.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with agency and vendor oversight experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Deep understanding of experiential design, premium hospitality, and brand storytelling.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Flexible, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on creative problem solving.
